Har du også masser af mirabeller – fx i haven, i haven eller i et læhegn i nærheden. Så får du her min samling af opskrifter med mirabeller.

Det vrimler med mirabeller i den danske natur – i skoven, i haverne, i læhegn og langs veje. Og det er bare med at komme i gang med at plukke dem, for de er fantatiske at bruge. Nogle smager fantastiske i sig selv – som de gør fra især et af mine træer, hvor du får sådan en nærmest marzipanagtig smag. Men nogle bliver også hurtigt melede i det. Det skal dog ikke afholde dig fra at bruge dem i kager, chutneys og alt sådan noget, du vil elske dig selv for.
